with a pastry chef and cake decorator for a mom, I grew up working in the wedding industry. I've been a part of making wedding cakes for much longer than Elevenses has been a business, and I take a lot of pride in not just that - but in taking my years of work and knowledge and channelling it to create unique show pieces that are a marriage of my decorating style and your personality and dreams for your perfect, delicious, one of a kind wedding cake.

all wedding cakes are custom; the best way to start the design process is to send an email, preferably with as much detailed information as you have available (wedding date, wedding venue, number of guests, cake or dessert styles that you like, inspiration photos, any questions that you have etc

DESIGN

while I will never copy another's work, the best place to start with the design process is to gather up inspiration photos (whether those are cakes you love, color schemes, florals, your dress or invitations, really any detail going into the event can be used as inspiration for your cake

THE PROCESS

especially with Covid, we've learned that most cakes are able to be designed from start to finish through email. there is no charge for email or phone consultations for weddings.

however, if you'd like a more traditional design and tasting appointment, I'm happy to accommodate!

appointments are primarily reserved for cakes serving 50 or over, and to book an appointment I require a $50 non-refundable deposit. upon booking your wedding cake, that $50 deposit will be credited towards the balance of your cake.

BASE PRICING

all wedding cakes are custom, and the final price is determined by the level of time and work that will be required to create your cake!

all tiered cakes start at $12 per serving, and my smallest tiered cake serves 20. if you are thinking of having more of a cake table set up, with multiple single tiered cakes, you can find more details on that pricing under the "cakes" tab (along with our signature flavor menu)

DELIVERY, SET UP, and STAND RENTAL

delivery means one less thing to worry about on your big day!

my delivery fee is calculated on mileage, for weddings I have a flat fee of $30 in a five mile range + $3 per each additional mile.

set up is a flat fee of $35.

stand rental is also available, pricing varies depending on the stand(s) being rented.
