as a third wave specialty coffee shop, our goal is to serve delicious and thoughtful offerings that at times push the boundaries of what coffee can or "should" be. our drinks program is serious but also playful, showcasing talented roasters, with a combination of exceptional yet approachable coffee alongside experimental processes. two espresso on bar daily, one for a "classic" flavor profile, and one co-ferment (or something equally as funky)
we are a multi-roaster shop, and most often feature brandywine, black & white, tandem, sump and sunday coffee project
